Better than the ones that come with the costume from the store.

I bought them because they come in different lengths which is what I needed. For a full penguin tuxedo with tails, you need long tails, which are usually used for women's dresses. My regular costumes can use shorter ones. The material seems to be more durable than regular plastic and better than the cheapest plastic wrap used in costume shops (yes, I'm talking about you, Jos-A-Bank). The two shortest were gray and the rest white - I don't know why.
