Too thin and wrinkled to use

Last Christmas I couldn't find any "cotton" to decorate my little street tree. So this year I ordered a BBTO snow blanket. It arrived quickly in a shrink-wrapped package with the contents shrunk to about 1/2 inch. After it was opened I thought the cotton would thicken and smooth out. It's not like this. See photo. I ended up finding a much better "cotton" from Michael.
