At first glance I found these headphones very impressive. They had a strong cable, a nice design, and comfortable ear hooks. They were easy to pair and easy to use. The sound was also decent for a sub-$20 headset. This is the reason I gave this 2 stars instead of one. The reason I'm disappointed with this is that these headsets keep disconnecting and reconnecting to my phone no matter how close the two of them are. This is really annoying in and of itself, but what's even more annoying is the voice in the headphones constantly talking about disconnect/connect. This happens less often when you're listening, but very often when you're just connected to the device. So if you plan to use it as a speakerphone, that repeated plugging and unplugging will annoy everyone. Overall a good product with poor Bluetooth connectivity. Update: I really appreciate the seller's prompt feedback and offer of a replacement. I am sending mine in for exchange. I will update the review once a replacement becomes available.
