I actually bought two of them (one small and one medium) for my desk to free up some space. It ended up just perfect when assembled and placed. I really wanted to have a divider in between two shelves. I had to measure the size of my table before buying both, I was left with roughly 1.5 inches at both ends.the shelf assembly was easy. The screws were fine, but some of the dowel pins were of bad quality. Nevertheless, they included some spares so that's good.Spacing between first and second level shelf is just fine. Should be fine inserting the hand and grabbing an item from the side.The main benefit for me was the two tier/level shelf. I can stow inside my keyboard and mouse when not in use. I should've taken a before and after pic for better appreciation.If you have too many things on top of your table, get this!
