Everything about them is amazing. I can't say anything bad about the product. I ordered 20 pairs expecting them to be great and they met my expectations. If you have any questions, please ask me freely. Mind you, they're SUPER long and I've never worn lashes before, so this was my first time wearing them (I did great the first time, by the way). They looked huge but that's because I'm not used to anything else. I wear them every day and I'm glad I chose them as my first lashes and now I don't want to stop wearing them. Again I bought 20 pairs of reusable lashes and I don't regret it one bit. Never let that fool you into thinking you get what you pay for because for what you pay they are amazing quality and actually look like mink and 3D in real life. The lashes arrived a few days before the expected arrival date but Amazon didn't sync them so I couldn't see any updates after they shipped, but the lashes had already arrived in my dorm room the entire time.
