So, I'm quite a busty girl (32dd/34d), and I originally ordered a large size based on the size chart, but it turned out to be too large. I came back for the small one pictured and it's still too big. The shirt itself fits well but it is seamless and will show bulges as you can see in the photo, even my leggings are see through. Too much of a built in bra. I usually rip out the pads inside when I get something like this, but they don't have any grip either. If you have smaller breasts and are fairly slim I would try another option. If you have bigger boobs than me this might suit you. I come back and find a different style with a little more compression. I'm 5ft 9in, 150lbs and 37/29/39, usually short/medium height.
