This is great for little girls who love painting their nails with their mom but also love to take them off. Doesn't smell like chemicals. If you want a more durable polish, use pig paint. The lotion is made from natural oils and flavored with lavender and orange. My daughter didn't really like the smell at first but she got used to it and has been using it more since I told her it was lemonade lotion. I think it helped. She loves pink lemonade lip tint and so do I. It's pink enough to be a noticeable change, but beautiful and shimmery. Overall we are very happy with this makeup set. Knowing what to expect helps.
