I like that it does not make my inbox more cluttered with different tabs of label names; instead they are all at one place to help me find what i am looking out for faster! It also helps organize things so you dont have multiple emails from your clients or boss asking about something which has already been resolved by another email/labeled item etc.. The only thing would be if there was an option where we could set up filters as well but maybe thats just personal preference? Nothing particular dislike either since its still easy enough t handle everything without any hassle whatsoever :).
