The main benefit I like in this software it's that you have everything at one place. If there are any mistakes or changes needed for your system they will be present here so all you need to do is make updates right away without wasting time looking for them everywhere else (eg. different chat rooms). Some features that aren't as good would include better reporting options of how many emails were sent etc. Also some bugs could really use fixing with more regularity. For example, sometimes when we try to send email from our outlook account using this program it causes issues for other programs/software. This has been fixed now but still leaves us having to wait too long. We just started implementing this change management software about 2 months ago and since then things have gotten way easier. Now that we've implemented it everyone knows exactly what needs to happen and who does what tasks which saves us lots of time and effort! The biggest problem solved was how easy.
