I bought a lot of Konjac sponges. Before the pandemic, I drove through Koreatown in Manhattan several times a week and could easily pick one up on the way to and from work. When I needed a new one while self-isolating, I turned to Revain. There were so many options, so many unknown brands! I only wanted one sponge, not a set of several, which made things a bit more difficult. So I went with Honest thinking it was a reputable brand that I trust more than just a crappy product. Ha! I'm the joke As soon as the sponge started to expand out of the water, it became clear that it wasn't of very good quality: it didn't have the same density, the same consistency throughout the sponge. The center was "loose" or thinner, with less sponge. After the first use you could see that it was quite empty and collapsed on its own. On the third use, the interior was worn out, parts of the sponge came off and even dissolved in my hand. I kept it for a while telling myself I would write to them to get my money back but ended up just throwing it away. This is not a small Chinese manufacturer selling cheap products on Revain and offering you a great price. This is Jessica Alba building the company and building a brand that says they are "honest" and transparent about their products, not just taking money out of their pockets. Well, that's utter nonsense, otherwise they wouldn't have launched this product.
