Review on Computer chair IKEA Matchspel gaming, color: bumstad black by Mateusz Grzesiak  (M ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great quality, did not expect at all for the price.

Feedback from a big guy. My height is 195 and weight is 138. Before that, I had a Viking chair with support up to 150kg. In fact, the chair fell apart after a few months. Ikea, like most responsible manufacturers, does not overestimate, but underestimate the maximum performance. In particular, the load on this chair is indicated up to 110 kg, but in fact I have had it for half a year and it hasn’t sagged or collapsed anywhere. A huge plus is that with my height, I did not even expect that I would find a relatively cheap chair, in which the headrest would not be at the level of the lower back. Here I can fully straighten my back, raise the headrest and at maximum length I can’t even reach it with the back of my head in height. It's great, in my opinion. At first, it seemed to me that the chair was short and hard, but after a month I realized that I had simply been sitting incorrectly before. The chair taught me to sit in such a way that nothing became numb, I gradually leveled my position and now it seems to me much more comfortable than initially. Plus, work in it has become more productive, there is no feeling that you are falling apart, there is some kind of sense of composure and comfort.

Pros
  • - Back - grid. The back does not sweat, it is ventilated - High headrest, even for my height - The back of the correct geometry. Initially, it may seem uncomfortable, but over time you will realize that you used to sit incorrectly. - The wheels do not spin without load on the chair. I used to consider this a minus, but after half a year I discovered that there were no "tons" of women's hair and wool on the wheels. I think these two facts are somehow related. - High load capacity. Much higher than the indicated 110kg (more details in the comment)
Cons
  • The is still squishy. If you are skinny, then it probably won't affect you. Unfortunately in my case.
