For what its worth, I'll recommend it.
it's a decent scarf and thin so if you overheat easily, this will be good for you. The quality seems decent for what you pay for, but don't expect the real thing. I still recommend for the price but you can find better quality if you are willing to pay more, but on a budget this will work for you and seem like with regular use should last a few years. Just avoid using a dryer to dry them, just to avoid it shrinking, hang dry them instead.
