I like that it has helped me keep up with our hiring needs in an efficient manner as well as creating opportunities which are not easily done through other methods of recruitment! It's user friendly too unlike some programs out there making things difficult to use or understand at first glance.

There is nothing really bad about this platform so far but sometimes we have difficulties finding applicants online who fit what specific roles needed so currently looking into more options when reaching potential users. The benefits include being able to access many profiles from different parts around the world without having to pay for additional fees.
