Cash balance plans are good if you're in management
I like the simplicity of having the money available to me. I also like the fact that it's a benefit that is given to me by my employer, so I don't have to worry about it being taken away. I like that I can get my money when I need it. I dislike that I have to wait until my paycheck is available to get my money. I wish I could get my money when I need it. I also wish that I could get my money whenever I want it. I have been able to save money. I have also been able to make sure that I have enough money for bills and other things.

- The ease with which you are paid
- It has helped keep track what i am spending as well.
- There was no waiting period before receiving your check in hand.it just came directly into our account! :)
- Great customer service!!!!! They were very helpful & quick at getting back w/me if needed !:)
Cons
- Nothing really..I think everything works great
