If you plan to go to the river, lake, beach, campsite or swimming pool, you definitely need these goggles! I usually wear a 7 and this is what I have and they fit perfectly. I actually have a 6 in Birkenstock if it helps anyone, and my foot measurements are 9.25". I have fairly wide feet that are sensitive and sore with no arch support, but I felt really good in it and decided even wearing them over other shoes.The options I had because they were so cute.Shoes but came out.I also wore them in the public shower at the campsite.In fact I wore them more than any other shoes that I brought.The only thing rubbing on it is the back of my heel so you can make sure you don't tighten it.I highly recommend getting a pair or two!
