I love how easy it was to use this software as well as its price point compared to others in our industry that are more expensive overall.

The customer service can be improved by adding additional features such as exporting video files or using other platforms outside of their own platform (as some competitors do). Our team has been able to produce quality content quickly while staying within budget constraints. We're also generating new leads through social media posts which we've never done before so all those benefits make us happy :).
