Broke too quickly and don't know why

I've used it twice. After using it, I left it on the shelf for 2 days where nobody touched it. I picked it up to play with again and there was a small hole in the bottom. I don't know where it came from or how it happened. All I know is that I didn't even have the product for a week before it broke. The yellow was more satisfying than the rainbow with smaller hard spheres completely filling the space. The rainbow had more liquid inside with slightly larger balls.
