I have Ehlers-Danlos Hypermobility Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. I struggle with muscle pain and hip/sacroiliac/lumbar/knee subluxations on a daily basis without warning. I have every possible bandage and compression device in the world. And I infinitely prefer these leggings to anything else I've bought. Pros: Works like kinesio tape without permanent peeling or skin irritation. Less bulky and tight than neoprene braces. You self-adjust hyperextension) pain relief. God pain relief. Tummy control for days <3 Cons: Very tight due to the compression (so if you don't like that sort of thing.) You have to 'work' them like regular tights (which can be tricky). If you have limited mobility I first lay on the bed to put them on and then reach while standing, easier for my hypermobile spine) For the record I'm just shy at 200lbs and ordered XL. It might be a bit big (sometimes the knees go down) but I have a curvaceous body so I figured it's better to be safe than sorry. I still love it and highly recommend it.
