When I took the watch out the strap fell off at the end. I informed the seller when I asked about the watch. They worked with me for a while and even sent pictures, but in the end I just gave up explaining that the part was broken and couldn't be put back together. Nice watch but I can't wear it. I bought another watch from another seller because I really needed a watch. Never heard from the first seller again. I won't buy there anymore
