The best thing is that it's web-based, which makes it very accessible to anyone who has Internet access. It also lets me view my data in real-time from anywhere. I can also do live reporting with ease. There are no user errors when using this tool. Sometimes it lags even though there's nothing wrong with the system. I have an android tablet so I use the app version sometimes. But I think it's just as good or better than the desktop version. I am solving our problem of having to manually enter timesheets for each employee. This saves us lots of time. We've eliminated a lot of paperwork too.
