2 out of 5 arrived without the tiny ball to catch when you grab it. One I could take as a mistake, but two means they're not very well done. However, of the two rings I put in, they stayed in place and didn't irritate my VERY sensitive ears. I wore them for about a month straight and only cleaned my ears in the shower as usual. I'm not frustrated with two broken ones as I still have three and only need two, but I wouldn't buy these if you plan on changing your earrings often for fear they might break too. If you set it up and forget, they work fine.
