Don't fall into the cheap price trap, buy an official Microsoft adapter instead. The only reliable thing about this adapter is how often it loses connection. After reinstalling the drivers and praying to every god I could think of, I was able to get a stable connection for maybe 15 minutes before it dropped again. On the rare occasions it is left plugged in, this adapter does not support controller vibration.
