This is a really good septum ring. It is very durable and the balls are unscrewed on both sides. My only problem is the size. This thing is HUGE, to the point that it's a few millimeters from my upper lip, so it can't be stuck up your nose. I suggest either buying this with a keeper or ordering a different type of ring. When you have no restrictions on what to wear, this is the perfect ring.
