Very helpful and quick response times when dealing
The ability to have an expert handle your equipment for you is very beneficial since it does not require as much time from our end.
We had some issues with software that was causing us problems but they were able to fix them within minutes of talking about what we needed done! I would recommend this service because their customer experience has been great so far!! No real complaints at all other than maybe needing more training or someone else who knows everything well enough could be hired instead of just having 1 person deal with these things. Great job getting my servers back up quickly after I realized there's something wrong with one of them.
Pros
- He communicated through email while he worked remotely which made thing easier/more efficient overall in terms of communication between me + him = better work environment :) Also helpful if new staff joins team can train without interrupting current workflows
