I usually wear (wore) orthotics. These are a great substitute so far.
I’ve been wearing mostly-worn-out orthotics for many years. Sometimes I don’t wear them at all but these inserts appear to be a pretty good substitute as long as you don’t have any major bio mechanical issues. Of course you should always check with your podiatrist but these feel pretty good so far.As you can see in the pics I did need to trim them a bit but that was easy and they fit perfectly in my shoes. Time will tell as to how long they last.
- I need them for my foot pain. I hope they help. Haven't use them yet. Just got them delivered today
- Very uncomfortable no support, not worth the price. Better off with foam odor eaters.
