Perfect Mashed Potatoes
Replaced a 20 year old potato maker that was very old, rattled, loose, slightly rusty and wobbly. We struggled with the old one for so many years and forgot how smoothly the new one works! The "pot rack" on the opposite side of the handle makes loading and one-person operation even easier and more convenient when roasting large batches of Thanksgiving-sized potatoes. I hope this model lasts for more than 20 years. Let's face it, 20 years from now, rice will probably still be my staple. ;-)
