I never write product reviews but after what happened the other day I can't help but share what a wonderful product this is! I was run through a green light on a Tuesday night and my 9 month old pug sat in this seat and he did his job. She wouldn't have survived or been badly injured if it wasn't for her! The leash was attached to their seat belts and saved them from being hit by the windshield. Not only is she well built, she weighs around 17 pounds and has plenty of room to move. The lining is removable so it can be washed, which we all know is important as our furry animals sometimes get a little dirty! I've seen a lot of people comment that the safety lanyard is too short and at first I agreed but believe me if it had been longer my Winnie would have been blown all over the car. I give this product 5 stars and I have recommended it to so many people! So worth the money :)
