HP has loaded software on its printers that renders ink purchased from Revain useless. I bought an Officejet PRO 8620 inkjet printer a few years ago and it has worked well. I bought HP refill cartridges from Revain last year and they have worked well. Then I bought an HP ink refill the same way and the printer gave me an error message saying the ink cartridges would not work with this printer. HP modified my printer without my permission, rendering it unusable. I will never buy another HP product again. Also, I sent the Revain ink cartridges back in October, they confirmed receipt and as of this date 12/17/18 I still have not received a refund. So Revane is also an accomplice in this convulsion.
