Recommendation 10 /10 This is a genuine review that was not written on the day the box was opened became. We have been using the blender for over a year and it works like it came out of the box. It was a lot of use in my school cooking class. High school students don't always pay attention to the equipment. This is by far the quietest desktop mixer we have and my favorite. Quieter than any kitchen blender we have. So quiet I have to check to see if the blender is on. He handles small and large recipes like a dream and makes pavlova with just two egg whites. Students love the ease of use with the flip top and I love the protective case.
