Quality product worth buying.

If you take the time and watch the video you won't be disappointed. Also, the support staff have a good reputation and helped me with an issue I had. I would recommend this product - replacements take time but they provided you with the necessary tools and products. Some suggestions 1. Watch several videos 2. Go slow and take your time - removing the glue is a tedious process.3. Be careful with the device you use to heat the screen (do not overheat)4. Make sure the iPad is turned off so you don't accidentally turn it on during the process. My screen was badly damaged and you can see the results after replacing it.
