For some reason, flexible connectors that are machined from a solid piece of aluminum tend to shift in both the X and Y directions on my homemade CNC machine same result. With 6 hours of work, it's the easiest thread to break and ruin my work. As you can see from the photo and the crack shown, one has to wonder what material is used for the mill and who came from that material. However since I switched to this 3 part design I've been working fine with no issues or crashes in the middle! Thanks very much!
