I would give this product 2.5 stars if I could. Although the bit was delivered quickly, well packaged, in the right size and made of hss steel as described, it was not sharpened properly. I don't understand the problem? When you make drills, you might think you need them to drill a hole. I'm just saying you wouldn't want to sell a lightbulb that didn't light, would you? what kind of money would you make When this drill was made they did not provide the proper clearance behind the cutting edge for the drill to actually cut. It can only rub against metal and generate heat and burrs. Luckily I was working as a mechanic when I was young and noticed a defect. After proper sharpening, the drill worked very well. Do you know how to sharpen a drill and do you own a grinder with a good grinding wheel? I don't understand how it was possible not to notice such a defect. I was trying to drill a hole in 2" diameter 1/4" thick steel square tubing for a female coupler. The chisel worked very well once properly sharpened. I used the lowest speed on a large drill press with a 1/4" pilot hole.
