Review on Nikon D3100 DSLR Camera with Auto Focus-S Nikkor Zoom Lens (Discontinued by Manufacturer) by Yoonki Baek ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A wonderful product, it's nice to use.

I took it in for a long time, like everyone else asked the question which is better for the first Canon 550d or Nikon d3100 DSLR. I saw the advantages of the d3100? Firstly, the color reproduction is very good, all my friends are crazy about photos, all the more so :-) Now about the noise, the camera copes with them very well, at iso 1600 and even 3200 you get good photos. I felt this loss, as I shoot in RAW. They also say that it’s bad that there is no motor in the carcass (screwdriver), don’t worry, now there is a large selection of lenses with an AF-S motor, almost all new lenses come with a focus motor. In general, I am 100% satisfied with the camera, it met all my expectations. If I change it, it will only be for a full-frame camera.

Pros
  • Very fast autofocus, even in the evening without backlight, the lamp focuses pretty quickly. Excellent color reproduction, plus very wide color scheme settings. It is comfortable in the hand, I got used to the control buttons quickly, they are located under both hands. There is a programmable fn button. ISO 1600 is fully operational. The video is of good quality, and if you set the focus mode to tracking during video shooting, then it focuses on objects itself, the only drawback is that the noise of the focus motor will also be recorded on video. The battery holds an average of 500 or more frames, I was able to shoot and 650-700 (without a flash) is very good. It is possible to process photos on the camera itself, both raw and jpg files, believe me, it is very convenient, especially when there is no computer at hand. And most importantly, the price!
Cons
  • Disadvantages can be found in everything, but in this camera they are not significant and do not affect the quality of the photo.
