For the price you can't beat this tape. It is available in pre-cut sizes, but in most cases not all tapping applications require a pre-cut length. I use knees for runners and I usually cut each pre-made strip in half. Works great. No rolling for me. In most cases, the twisting is due to improper application - for example at the knee - with the knee fully extended (directly in front of you), cut to length, stretch the tape so that it does not deform, apply just below the patella. I think in a lot of cases where rolling discomfort occurs, the tape is either being used as a wrap (it's not a wrap) or doesn't fully stretch when applied. Until I used it for all my other wounds. Joints, I know it works great for my stubborn knee and I have no doubt it works just as well as the more expensive single roll I can get at my local pharmacy. I can guarantee I will come back to buy more at this price!
