I've read more than one review on this but based on the many good reviews I decided to take a chance. I guess all the good reviews maybe posted too soon? This sweeper has worked great for me for about a month. My boyfriend and I live in a 900 square foot 2 bedroom, 1 bath house - all hardwood or tile floors, no carpets and we have 3 dogs who hair horribly! It was so perfect for us that I was so excited the first time I used it! I swept the whole house completely and then turned off the sweeper to see how much it cleaned even AFTER using the broom. It filled up in one cycle, I was shocked! Needless to say, I was in love with this business and was so upset when a month later I decided to just drive in circles. It was the strangest thing. I could help him a little and he would walk straight again, maybe 5 feet, and then start spinning in circles again! I was so mad and frustrated! BUT less than $100. I think you get what you paid for! I sent it back and got a full refund - very easy process!
