24 " waist doesn't fit everyone :(
For some reason I thought this one size skirt would be somehow adjustable. It isn't. Waist is 24" and although it does stretch a little, it does is not stretchy enough for me to wear.I usually wear a size 10 women's dress/pants and I will never be able to wear this skirt.Second, the tie shown at the waist is not even sewn on, just a separate piece of fabric , which is included in the kit.
