The best thing about radiance is that they are providing their services at very low rates and also support all major e commerce platforms. Their service is also really fast. I haven't come across anything which I dislike in radiance as of now. They have helped us reduce our abandoned cart ratio by quite a bit. We have also been able to increase our conversion rate by more than 20% without any hard work on our part. I really liked how easy it was just by typing in my phone number (which we have been doing since day 1) or texting me directly! The ability of having an app that can be used easily anywhere has also made our lives easier too as there are so many places where people use their phones such us while waiting at restaurants/coffee shops etc.,.
