It is easy for me to send my work to them via email or through their mobile app which makes it convenient if I am out of town at any given time. Sometimes they do not respond as quickly when you are working outside regular business hours so be patient! The customer service in general has been great - very friendly people with excellent communication skills who really care about providing quality transcripts that meet all requirements set forth by our insurance companies. We use this software primarily because its price point meets our budget needs while still allowing us access to some additional features we need (like HIPAA compliance).
