This is basically the size of a washcloth. I use them to wipe down counters and mirrors and recently tried them on glass doors. Really streak free. Then I tried to wipe off the dust, and for that I could use a slightly damp one, I forgot. Great job, got a lot. I was used to using old kitchen towels instead of rags and I really didn't want to get the new ones dirty as I wasn't interested in using rags. Having tried them for dirtier jobs I am completely satisfied. No comparison with using these blue fabrics. I also bought gray and white towels to wipe down the dishes or water that splashes on the counter so it absorbs like nothing else. They don't just push water, and the blue ones are the same. They dry quickly. It says don't use fabric softener and I'm pretty sure fabric softener collects on surfaces and doesn't want water to get in. I just wash them and hang them indoors and they dry quickly. I was skeptical too, but now I believe!
