This toothbrush is just what I needed to clean my braces and between the arches of my teeth. I'm really glad I bought this toothbrush because it helps clean my braces and also massages my gums when I brush them. The toothbrush is stiff enough to brush your teeth on its own and the medium bristles are stiffer. I still use my regular toothbrush to brush my teeth thoroughly, sometimes I just use my orthodontic toothbrush. This toothbrush head is the perfect size to reach the back of your mouth and holds the grip. I definitely recommend it. I will be buying more of these toothbrushes when it comes time to replace them. I would like to point out that the toothbrush I am holding is almost a week old.
