The MeMo Pad 8 tablet is pretty decent. The resolution is very good. Colors aren't particularly vibrant or punchy, but I'd pay a lot more for the Samsung Galaxy Tab if I wanted to. Look, feel and workmanship are very good. Be warned, although your Asus tablet comes with a newer version of Kitkat 4.4.2 OS, you cannot move apps downloaded from the Play Store to an external micro SD card. I called Asus support to see if I would get Lollipop OS 5.0 in the near future that would fix this and they told me yes. If not, then that's a bad buy for me. I take a leap of faith. The time will show. Preinstalled apps are decent for the most part, although they're slow when you have multiple windows open. It's best to look at one thing at a time. For now, for this money, I'm happy with the Asus Memo Pad 8.
