I like that you can use this program to connect with customers in real time! It is easy for my business because they don't have too many options when connecting via phone or email (which also saves me money). Sometimes there are glitches within CMS which makes our work harder but overall we've found them very helpful throughout all processes from appointment set up through billing questions/inquiries about services provided etc.. There's not really anything at present dislikeable though if any suggestions were made as such then those would be taken onboard quickly so thanks again!! We're able solve some problems regarding appointments being booked incorrectly due customer requests where both parties weren’t happy after an initial booking had been done without consulting each other first before agreeing upon timescale / date availability - hence us working together collaboratively towards resolving issues & meeting expectations across party line communication channels e g : Via Phone calls&emdash,- SMS messages.
