I like the ease at which we are able to customize our portal. We were given some basic templates but it is very easy to make changes or add additional features that suit your need/desire. Also being in different countries has made communication difficult. It is good for internal use as well as providing services outside of Australia so there isn't much benefit from using only within Australia. Providing better service out side of OZ also allows us to provide more personalised customer service rather than relying on emails alone. I like that it's easy enough so anyone can use this platform without needing any training or previous experience using CRM systems before! And they have great customer service if you need help at anytime during your trial period!! It has been very helpful in keeping track my class roster (with grades/attendance) as well as tracking attendance throughout each week via an online portal which is also accessible by parents once enrolled into their program through our school website system.
