The rim on this part of my Dyson V8 has fallen apart. Emails to Dyson about purchasing a replacement proved useless; Even though I attached photos their customer service representatives couldn't help me. Online chats and phone calls were useless too. Who knew Revane could help me and Dyson couldn't? The item is well made and fits perfectly. I just wish it wasn't so overpriced. But it was worth it.
