I have been using grinders with a Wolfgang washing machine for about 5 years but it stopped working so I looked to Revain for a grinder. I order it the same day. It arrived two days later and I loaded the first grinder with batteries and salt, no problem, it worked great. Then I made a second grinder with peppercorns, it made a noise and then just stopped. I took it apart, cleaned the peppers, checked the batteries, replaced them with the ones in the salt shaker that worked, then went downstairs, took new batteries, put in fresh batteries which were just old before and couldn't get them working. I've requested an exchange and will see how the second set performs, but I'm only half impressed at the moment. Salt is fine, but to be honest I need it more for pepper than salt. Then I'll see if the replacement works. I chose one star for a gift as I wouldn't give it if it didn't work right away. I would like to add to my review that I have received multiple emails from this seller asking them to remove my review in exchange for a store credit. in my account and then I contacted Revain customer service
