I just ordered two of these and sent them back because the manufacturer boxed them up. They are folded before being folded. So when you receive them, they will have big creases. In my experience, wrinkles never appear. -- I ordered one of these in 2015 and it's completely flat. (I don't remember the packaging). So in 2016 I ordered another litter box in another room and in the 3 years I've had it I've NEVER been able to get rid of the big sharp crease that runs down the middle. (I don't remember how it was packaged either, but I've tried many ways to flatten it: heat it, stretch it, put heavy weights on it, fold it in the opposite direction, etc. it makes it much harder to suck and it looks silly lying down.The 2015 rug is in bad shape now and the 2016 had a crease.So I ordered 2 replacements hoping the 2016 rug was a mismatch.No.The two had I only had certain creases I tried a day to make progress smoothing out.But I didn't see any signs of creases ever appearing so I sent them back.THE CARPETS MUST BE DELIVERED IN A LARGE TUBE.
