If you're vaping, stressed or just need to detox. That's great. I used to buy it from Walmart but now it's not for sale anymore. I hate buying 4 packs at once. Buying 4 packs at once is a bit more expensive. Although I really like the product. Taking a hot bath with this substance for 30-45 minutes before bed will help you sleep better. Epsom salt also contains magnesium, the body's elixir of life. What makes this product even more amazing.
