Love this item. I use it to inject fat into lean cuts of meat to make them tastier. You need to use each injection tip 2-3 times to understand how to use it properly, but this is just learning how to use. I use it at least once a week. More recently, I've used it to add Wagyu beef tallow to chicken breasts. The included brush and scrubber are also very useful for cleaning and adding sauces to meat preparations.
