I work outdoors in all the elements and walking a few miles at a time can be a little difficult when it's humid and over 75. It helps in the air circulation of your face and make it easier to break and help you cool down. Haven't used it on 90+ yet but it works fine on 70-80. Only criticism is that since I'm constantly on the road for work the neck fan also moves and it doesn't fall off and with its design probably never will, but it moves enough to annoy me. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it up or at least tie it back.
