Review on Flosum by Jason Vigil

The ability by which we are able manage project lifecycles along with our product releases;We can track defects easily across multiple projects & versions within an org or between different organizations - this really helps us keep our QA team focussed towards testing only relevant issues.- We have been using flosaam tool since 3 years now but I am sure there would be some new features added after few more yrs as well:- No cons so far! Would definitely recommend anyone who wants their work done fast without any hassles like setting up environments etc., use them if you want your life easy!! Need support when implementing such tools at client side! Helped me get rid off most things related to my day job (work).
